This tastes really good, but it is difficult to do perfect. I think I might need to try three times to get it right.

This recipe is farely easy to make...The peppermint oil is very strong and when making this be sure to keep your face away from the pan when adding the oil becuase it the steam is very strong...Instead of making suckers I just made one big piece of candy and broke it up into bites, kind of like rock candy...
