Can you put a cracker topping on creamy chicken casserole?

Absolutely! If you're looking for a little extra texture and crunch to your casserole, we recommend using crushed saltine or butter crackers. Make sure to add them during the last 10-15 minutes of baking to avoid burning them. If you're feeling adventurous, make your own crackers to use for the topping!

A shorter, flatter noodle such as farfalle would work well, too. Just note that it may require a few extra minutes of cook time. Check out this ultimate guide to pasta shapes for more inspiration.
