Pineapple Baked Beans

Sweet and tangy pineapple dresses up these hearty baked beans. Brown the beef while you open cans and chop the vegetables, and it won't take long to get this ready for the slow cooker. —Gladys De Boer, Castleford, Idaho

Overall it was a pretty good recipe, possibly a little too sweet for some.

I made this for a football tailgate party and it was loved by all. Very easy to prepare and a nice twist on traditional baked beans.
