- 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add fettuccine and stir until coated. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper; toss to coat.

It was okay, not a lot of flavor. Maybe try with the sharper flavor or Pecorino Romano, a little crushed red pepper flake and some fresh parsley for brightness.

Loved how easy this was. Doubled everything except the butter - and there was STILL a lot of butter. My kids loved it.

this is very good it could be used as a side dish or a main dish

This was easy to make and my daughter liked it. It wasn't anything special, but I might make it again if I need a quick side dish.
