Excellent! I halved the recipe (only two of us). Added some chopped new potatoes and chickpeas (to use up leftovers), and a bay leaf. Perfect for a crisp fall day! Next time, I’ll add some rosemary and garlic to further flavor the gravy, but this was really good!
