I had trouble with my oven, so I really had to watch the bread to make sure it was done. Then I overcooked it and it was crunchy...grrr! However, what we could salvage was very, very good! And I cannot say enough about the seasoned butter, boy was it a treat! Sure to be made again.
Absolutely loved the flavor and texture of this cornbread. It is a recipe I will use time and time again!
