Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


  • In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in milk and vanilla until smooth.

    Correction on my last review. I actually only added about 2 cups of powdered sugar and it was much better than any frosting I've ever had

    A few months back I made this buttercream and topped it onto my homemade dark chocolate brownies. OH MY. So good. Indulgent, but worth it!
