I did add a bit of Worcestershire sauce for some smokiness, but overall this is a really good, classic Caesar salad dressing recipe.
very happy with the taste ease combo! since this is supposed to be easy, some tips for noobs: do not substitute "Dijon-mayonnaise blend" with pure dijon -- that would be too much dijon. i tried. also, a garlic clove is not an entire garlic bulb/head - it's just one of the pieces.
Great! Followed what Imanke Feb 9, 2014 did. If you like anchovies use them too.
i liked the recipe but here is what it was missing for me: Red Wine Vinegar and a dash or Worsteshire sauce as well as some fresh cracked black pepper. i omitted the milk and dressed the salad & tossed before serving, i thought that made it pretty darn delicious!
The dressing was gross it was too simple it needs more!
very good, very easy
Holy Smokes this recipe was SO GOOD!!! Thank you for posting it. Its easy to make and its really, really good! I made homemade croutons to go with it - I'm gluten (sensitive). Thanks again for sharing it.
Easy to fix and delicious. No more store bought dressing for me!
