Club Quesadillas

A traditional club sandwich gets a fun change of pace when the bread is replaced with soft flour tortillas. It's easy to get the children to help assemble these. I serve salsa and corn chips on the side.—Victoria Hahn, Northampton, Pennsylvania

Fun and easy. Add any other ingredients you choose and the possibilities are endless. This is a keeper.

We make these often, the family enjoys the tortilla shell rather than bread. I set everything out and each person can make theirs to their liking.
