With Amazon Prime Day finally here, shoppers expect big bargains—but the incredible savings are only open to Prime members (or those using their free 30-day trial). However, non-members can still save. Prime Day brings with it competitor deals, too.
We’re seeing savings on brands like Instant Pot popping up at retailers like Walmart and Target, plus prices slashed across nearly every shopping category. There are also savings available on non-kitchen related items like vacuums. This includes deals on summertime home decor, so now is a good time to stock up on fresh new finds for the living room and patio.
When do appliances go on sale?
Because Prime Day is here, tons of retailers are taking advantage of the retailer’s answer to Black Friday to offload kitchen gadgets, coffee makers and air fryers at all-time-low prices. Competitor appliance sales no longer takes hours of searching—and two retailers competing means savings galore for the rest of us!

- Amazon: It’s no surprise that early Amazon Prime Day appliance sales have some of the best deals on appliances. Score savings in nearly every category on-site. Swing by Amazon’s outlet section for even more savings on Taste of Home Editor favorites like an electric jar opener and vegetable chopper. But remember: these deals are only available to Prime Members, so now is the time to take advantage of a free 30-day trial.
- Biolite: Shop the sitewide sale and score up to 40% off outdoor appliances like fire pits and camp stoves.
