Experience

Kim has been writing and editing for print and digital media for more than a decade. As a senior editor for Taste of Home, she assigns, edits and publishes our digital recipes. Prior to joining Taste of Home, Kim was the senior recipe editor at Dotdash Meredith, where she spearheaded recipe edit operations for brands including Real SimplePeopleSouthern LivingFood & Wine, and EatingWell. As a certified copy editor, Kim has additional experience editing cookbooks, managing freelancers and staff, executing content strategy and developing editorial style guides. In her previous lives, she's been a wine buyer, a school garden instructor, a sustainable seafood educator and a celebrity personal chef. Kim lives in the South with her husband and son, where you’ll find her experimenting with native and edible landscaping, attempting to find flat paths for bike riding, and amassing an endless list of outdoor places to explore.
