Alicia, a registered dietitian nutritionist, is living her dream of being Taste of Home’s Recipe Editor and Tester. Armed with a dietetics degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a food science background, Alicia balances her time testing readers’ recipes and writing some of her own. When she’s not in the Test Kitchen, she enjoys planting native flowers and raising monarch butterflies with her son.
