Ingredients

Two pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size chunks
1 cup pineapple juice
¼ cup of Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (or ½ cup brown sugar)
1/3 cup soy sauce

Directions

1.Combine everything in your crock pot.
2.Cook on low in crock pot for 6-8 hours and then enjoy!

** VARIATIONS **: •Add pineapple chunks and/or bell pepper pieces along with some fresh crushed garlic and fresh chopped ginger. Be sure to count the additional calories for anything you add.
