Bacon Broccoli Cheese Bake

Ingredients
1 lb. Broccoli Florets, I used Organic frozen broccoli
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Soup Broccoli Cheese 98% fat free less sodium
1 cup chicken broth, I used O organics low sodium brand
1/4 Kraft Mayo Fat Free
25 Ritz Crackers
1 cup shredded or crumbled cheese, I used Maple Street Creamery four cheese blend, with classic jack, garlic jack, hot pepper, and Cheddar cheeses
1 pinch black ground pepper
8 slices fully cooked bacon
Directions
Mix broccoli, soup, broth, mayo, 15 crumbled crackers, pepper, cheese, and 5 slices of crumbled bacon together in your baking dish. Top as you like with your remaining crackers and bacon. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until all nice and bubbly hot.
