Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on one side. Turn chicken; add tomato and salad dressing to skillet. Cook, covered, until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°, 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
