One-dish recipes are a blessing for the time-starved cook, and if we’re being totally honest, for those of us who just don’t want to clean up a lot of dishes. Dishes like General Tso’s Chicken & Cauliflower Casserole or Sheet Pan Maple-Glazed Chicken Thighs with Sweet Potatoes are just what we’re looking for. Let’s start creating recipes where everything, the veggies, starch and protein are all cooked in a single pot, pan, sheet try or baking dish.
