Heinz Is Officially Launching Pickle Ketchup—Here’s Everything We Know

If you love burgers and fries, it’s very likely you’re also a pickle and ketchup kind of person. It’s hard to deny such a delicious combo! The tangy crunch of the pickles mixed with the sweet-savory taste of ketchup is like taking a bite of heaven. And it the world’s best ketchup brand has finally caught on.

Heinz has officially announced pickle ketchup as its newest flavored ketchup. To say I am excited is a devastating understatement.

Is the Heinz Pickle Ketchup real?

Yes! This new ketchup flavor combo consists of a ripe mix of ketchup and pickle flavors. Unlike regular ketchup, this new product will have tangy and savory pickle enhancements to create the almost impossibly perfect combo for cookouts. Ketchup and pickles have been a trusted food duo for over 150 years, so you might as well accept pickle ketchup as our new way of life.

And no, this didn’t come out of nowhere. Pickle-loving is at an all-time high, with over 70% of consumers reporting love for those dill-lightful green snacks. As a pickle fanatic myself, I must concur. It’s impossible to ignore all the pickle-flavored foods out there, and you can watch ketchup and pickle combo videos all over TikTok.

When can I get it?

While I wish I could say this marvelous condiment mash-up was available now, we’ll sadly have to wait until early 2024 to get our hands on it. But Heinz has confirmed that its new pickle ketchup will be available at grocery stores nationwide, so you don’t have to worry about scrambling for a bottle (or a case) in a limited window.

I’ll be dreaming about that pickle ketchup until it makes its way into my fridge. 2024 can’t come soon enough.
