Was looking for a flavorful chicken dish with citrus that is low in calories, easy to make and healthy. I came up with this recipe at under 300 calories a serving.

Ingredients

1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbls soy sauce
2 tsp honey
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp canola oil
2 tbls green onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbls orange peel
16 oz chicken breasts

Directions

Chicken: Whisk 1st 5 ingredients in small bowl until dissolved.
Heat oil in skillet and add green onion, garlic, peel & saute 1 min.
Add chicken and saute 3 mins.
Stir in orange juice mixture and saute 4 mins.
