Kielbasa and Spinach soup

This is one of our favorite meal-in-a-Bowl soups. This recipe it very tasty with little time preparing a home cooked soup.

Ingredients

3 and 1/2 cups chicken broth.
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach.
8 ounces kielbasa or other fully cooked smoked sausage.
1 can (19 ounces) cannellini (white kidney beans or other canned white beans
2/3 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
8 to 10 drops hot pepper saucs

Directions

1. Place broth, and frozen spinach into a 4 quart pot over high heat.
2. Slice sausage in a 1/4 inch thick rounds.
Add to Pot. When mixture boils, reduce heat, cover and let simmer.
3. Meanwhile rinse and drain beans: add to pot to pot with macaroni.
4. Simmer 8 minutes or until macaroni is tender, Stir in pepper sauce.
