This is a recipe that my momma used to make a lot for Sunday dinners or when we had company. It's fast, easy and quite economical. To top it all off, it tastes really great ~ I think it's even better the next day when the flavours have had time to blend together. The nice thing is, it's so easy to multiply it to make larger amounts as well!

Ingredients

1 16oz can of beets in Harvard sauce
1 large stalk of celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped

Directions

Empty beets into medium-sized bowl. Chop celery and green onions into small pieces and add to beets. Mix well so that all the celery and green onion gets coated with the Harvard sauce. Serve chilled.
