My husband and I love grilled salmon and wanted to incorporate more of it into our diet to take advantage of its health benefits. I found different recipes for the sauce and used them to create my own. The sauce is what makes this dish wonderful...we like to have it with grilled asparagus and long grain and wild rice.

Ingredients

1 Salmon fillet, deboned
Olive oil
black pepper
salt
1/2 cup Reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup Reduced-fat or fat-free sour cream
2 tsp. Lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard
1 1/2 tbsp dill weed
1 1/2 tbsp parsley flakes

Directions

Wash salmon fillet under running water, pat dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of fillet with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Place fillet skin side down on aluminum foil, grill until salmon is opaque throughout. Mix remaining ingredients together, pour over salmon fillet or serve on the side.
