Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10¾ oz.) can cheddar cheese soip
2 c. cooked macaroni, drained
1 c. milk
½ tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings, divided
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Directions
Grease 2 qt. casserole dish.
Brown beef in skillet; add soup, macaroni, milk, salt and pepper. Add half of the onions. Pour half of mixture into prepared dish. Layer half of the Cheddar cheese on top. Add remaining ground beef mixture. Sprinkle on remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered in a 350° for 15 - 20 minutes or until heated through.
