Atumn Apple Cranberry Crisp

Ingredients
4 pears, peeled and sliced or cubed
6 apples, peeled and sliced or cubed
1 cup dried cranberries
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
Topping:
1½ cups flour
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, lightly packed
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup oatmeal
2 sticks cold butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray large oval or 9x13 bake dish with non-stick spray.
Mix all the fruit with flour, sugar and spices and place in baking dish.
Combine Topping Ingredients; flour, sugars, salt, oatmeal and butter in bowl of Kitchen Aid and with paddle attachment, mix on low one minute until the mixture crumbles.
Sprinkle over the fruit and bake for 50 minutes.
Yields: Large Oval Dish or 9x13 Pan
