I decided to call them 4 C Cookies because they are chewy, chocolate, caramel, cookies and because they only have 4 ingredients too. I know that sounds impossible but trust me the base of this recipe a triple chocolate fudge cake, will not disappoint.

Ingredients

1 Betty Crocker Super Moist Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 egg or 1/4 cup cholesterol free egg product
1 cup Kraft Premium Caramel Bits

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Your butter should be at room temperature. You can microwave it for 30 seconds to soften it if needed (soft but not melted is what you want). Mix all of your ingredients together, I used an electric mixer. Place spoonfuls of your dough on your cookie sheets flattening them out just a bit as you go and leaving some room for them to expand. I used parchment paper for easy cleanup. Bake in your preheated oven for about 10 minutes depending on size of cookies you made. You will want to remove them from the oven for a chewy cookie before the caramel liquefies and starts to leak out edges of cookies. This will also prevent any chance of your caramel from burning. Let them rest on cookie sheet for a minute before removing to cool on a rack. Store in an airtight bag or container to keep fresh.
