How to Make

Ingredients:

– 2 C. whole milk – 1/2 C. canned pumpkin – 2 Tbsp. sugar – 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice – 1 C. strong brewed coffee – 3 tsp. vanilla extract – 4 C. vanilla ice cream – 1 C. crushed ice – Sweetened whipped    cream and additional    pumpkin pie spice

Heat milk, pumpkin, sugar and pie spice until sugar is dissolved.

Transfer to a bowl or pitcher; stir in coffee and vanilla.
