Cranberry  Cream Cheese Bars

How to Make

Here's how to make cranberry bars with cream cheese frosting!


– 3/4 C. butter – 1 C. sugar – 2 large eggs – 3/4 C. sour cream – 1/2 tsp. almond extract – 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract – 1-1/2 C. all-purpose flour – 1 tsp. baking powder – 1/8 tsp. salt – 1 C. white baking chips – 1 C. dried cranberries – 1/2 C. chopped walnuts Frosting: – 2 packages cream cheese – 1/4 C. butter – 1 tsp. vanilla extract – 2 C. confectioners' sugar – 1/2 C. dried cranberries

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually beat in  eggs, sour cream  and the extracts.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt together.

Gradually add the  dry mix into the  wet ingredients.

Fold in baking  chips, cranberries  and walnuts.

Spread into a greased pan. Then bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth.

Then, beat in the confectioners' sugar

Spread the frosting on top of the cooled bars.

Sprinkle the top  with cranberries.

Cut into triangles  and enjoy!
