Great recipe! Needing to use up leftover onions and apples, this was the perfect side dish for fall roast beef dinner. Easy to prepare. To give it little more zip, next time may add a little vinegar. As a volunteer feild editor with Taste of Home magazine I enjoy recipes that use classic ingredients in an easy to prepare style.
