Stir-Fried Zucchini Recipe
- 2 pounds sliced zucchini
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1. In a large skillet, saute the zucchini and garlic in oil until zucchini is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with seasonings. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings.
