Special Pork Chops Recipe
- 6 to 8 boneless pork chops (1/3 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
- 1. In an ovenproof skillet, brown the pork chops in oil; drain any fat. Pour salsa over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings.
1 serving (1 each) equals 272 calories, 12 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 82 mg cholesterol, 400 mg sodium, 3 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 33 g protein.
