"I had to reduce the recipe for 3 people. I used about 1/3 jar of salsa mixed with 1/2 cup water and a tsp of chicken bouillon powder. For some reason the chops were tough but the flavor was really good."
"Love that this dish is so simple and my husband really liked it. Like others, I added shredded cheese."

"Really flavorful and easy to make. I actually used Mango Salsa and it was delicious!"
"quick, easy, very good. i added sharp shredded cheese last 5 minutes of cooking. The thing I liked about this is that you don't have to go buy any more ingredients as most households have salsa."
