  • 6 to 8 boneless pork chops (1/3 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa


  • In an ovenproof skillet, brown the pork chops in oil; drain any fat.
  • Pour salsa over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes.
  • Yield: 4-6 servings.
