Garlic Parmesan Asparagus Recipe
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1. In a large skillet, bring water to a boil. Add asparagus and garlic. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; gently toss to coat. Yield: 4 servings.
