Easy Italian Sausage and Peppers Recipe

Easy Italian Sausage and Peppers Recipe

My sister was hosting a birthday party and asked me to bring sausage and peppers. I'd never made them before, so I altered a braised pepper recipe. Now family members request this dish often.—Jeanne Corsi, Arnold, Pennsylvania

"WOW! Great recipe. This recipe jogged my inner chef so I added fresh garlic, although I figured the reason it was not in the recipe was due to the italian sausage. I also added wine to the sausage mixture. This is going to be a keeper for me."
