Buttermilk Shake Recipe
"This rich shake tastes like liquid cheesecake!" reveals Gloria Jarrett of Loveland, Ohio.
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 drop lemon extract
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and process on high until smooth. Pour into glasses. Refrigerate any leftovers. Yield: 2 servings.
1 serving (1 each) equals 317 calories, 16 g fat (10 g saturated fat), 63 mg cholesterol, 234 mg sodium, 37 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 9 g protein.
