There are many versions, but typically these treats combine creamy pudding or Jell-O with nuts and fruit.
– 18 graham crackers – 1/2 cup butter – 1 can crushed pineapple – 1 can strawberry pie filling – 4 cups mini marshmallows – 16 oz. Cool Whip – 2 cups frozen strawberries
– 13x9 baking dish – Mixing bowl – Silicone spatula
Crush the graham crackers and mix in the melted butter. Spoon into the dish and press into an even layer using a glass. Chill for 15 minutes.
Strain the pineapple; add to a large bowl. Mix with strawberry pie filling. Pour in the marshmallows and stir until coated.
Use your spatula to gently fold in the Cool Whip. Chop the strawberries and then fold them in.
Smooth the mixture over the chilled graham cracker crust. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
