What is Fantasy Fudge?
Fantasy Fudge made its debut on the back of a jar of Marshmallow Fluff. It stars chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and walnuts for lots of sweetness and crunch.
– 3 cups sugar – 3/4 cup margarine – 2/3 cup evaporated milk – 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips – 1 jar marshmallow creme – 1 cup chopped walnuts – 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
– Dutch oven – Silicone spatula – 13x9-inch pan
Over medium heat, add the sugar, margarine and evaporated milk. Stir to dissolve the sugar, then boil for 5 minutes and stir constantly.
Remove from the heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until fully melted, then mix in the marshmallow creme, walnuts and vanilla.
Spread the fudge into a parchment lined pan. Allow it to set, about two hours, before cutting into small squares.
