Taste of Home Fall Baking Bingo Promotion (#340) Terms and Conditions

Taste of Home Fall Baking Bingo Promotion (#340) (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by RDA Enthusiast Brands, LLC (“Sponsor”), the publisher of Taste of Home and a part of the Trusted Media Brands, Inc. family of brands.

1. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence at the time of entry, whichever is older (“Participant”). Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, promotion partners, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on September 2, 2025 at 12:00am Eastern Time and ends on October 31, 2025 at 11:59pm Eastern Time, or when the first 100 eligible participants have completed the submission, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Participants must visit https://www.tasteofhome.com/article/fall-baking-bucket-list/ and fully complete the Fall Baking Bingo Card and submission form as instructed during the Promotion Period (the “Submission”). To qualify as a valid Submission, the Submissions must include: (i) a complete row of five (5) bakes corresponding to a straight line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) on the Fall Baking Bingo Card, and (ii) original photos of baked goods prepared by the Participant (e.g., store-bought or AI-generated content is not eligible). All Submissions must be submitted no later than the end of the Promotion Period, include all required fields, and comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If multiple Submissions are submitted, only the first Submission received will be considered, and any subsequent Submissions will be disqualified. All Submissions become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating in this Promotion, Participants grant Sponsor, its affiliates, licensees and agencies the worldwide, perpetual right to use and publish in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, the Submission, including any submitted photos and content, in whole or in part, and the right to use the Participant’s name, likeness, or biographical information in connection therewith, without further compensation or authorization, unless prohibited by law. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will be void, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a participant who submitted a submission, the authorized account holder of the email address used for the Submission will be deemed the Participant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Message and Data rates may apply if the Promotion is entered via a mobile device. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Promotion and, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation of the website or the submission process.

4. eBOOK DETAILS AND DELIVERY: The first eligible 100 Participants will receive a complimentary Taste of Home digital eBook inspired by our “Taste of Home Cookies” special interest magazine, exclusively edited for this Promotion (the “eBook”), on a first-come, first-served basis. The eBook consists of one (1) digital E-book in PDF format, derived from Taste of Home magazine’s existing special interest publication. This version has been edited and curated specifically for this promotional giveaway and does not represent the full print version. The eBook is provided exclusively for participants of this Promotion and is not otherwise commercially available in its promotional format. The eBook will be made available to eligible participants via a download link hosted on a Taste of Home website. Eligible Participants will receive access instructions, sent to the email address submitted by the Participant with their Submission, in or around November 2025. Limit one (1) eBook per Participant. Participants are responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate and that their email service does not block or filter the message. The eBook will not be delivered by email attachment or in physical form. The download link will remain active for a limited time, specified in the delivery email. Participants must download the eBook within that time frame. The eBook is non-transferable, has no cash value, is not intended for resale, and cannot be substituted or exchanged for another item except at the Sponsor’s discretion. It is offered as a complimentary, limited-edition item for promotional purposes only. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar eBook of equal or greater value if the stated eBook is not available for any reason. Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, promotion partners, and eBook providers, and the respective employees, officers, directors and representatives of each of the foregoing, will not be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of any participant’s acceptance, use, or misuse of the eBook. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Participants. eBook fulfillment is contingent upon valid participation. No eBooks will be issued if no valid entries are received.

5. CONDITIONS: By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.tmbi.com/privacy-policy. The Sponsor is not liable for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, garbled or jumbled, stolen, postage due, undeliverable mail or illegible submissions or for printing, distribution or production errors. Sponsor is not liable for any malfunctions or failures of any telephone network or lines, computer internet system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile or any other device and/or its contents related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials relating to this Promotion, or other technical difficulties or failures or other errors of any kind. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Promotion will be disqualified and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason, and eBooks will be distributed based on submissions received up to date of termination.

6. NO RECOURSE TO JUDICIAL OR OTHER PROCEDURES/SEVERABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, Participants expressly waive any and all rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with the Promotion. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds the foregoing waiver unenforceable, Participants hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue residing exclusively within the federal or state courts sitting in Milwaukee County in the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A. and agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any book awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Participants agree that these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A. without reference to principles of conflicts of law. If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
