Taste of Home 2025 Monthly Bakeable Sweepstakes Series (#325 – #335) (the “Sweepstakes Series”) is sponsored by Trusted Media Brands, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

1. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes Series is open to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence at the time of entry, whichever is older (“Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliated or subsidiary companies, judging agents and promotion partners, and immediate family members and members of the same household (whether related or not) of such persons, are not eligible. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2.ENTRY PERIOD: From February 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, Sponsor will conduct eleven (11) separate monthly sweepstakes (each a “Sweepstakes” and collectively, the “Sweepstakes Series”). Each Sweepstakes is separate, and entry into one does not constitute entry into any other. Each Sweepstakes will begin and end on the date and time as follows:

HOW TO ENTER: You can enter this Sweepstakes as follows: Beginning on the Sweepstakes Start Date through the Sweepstakes Deadline Date for each Sweepstakes Month, visit www.tasteofhome.com/article/bakeable-challenge/ and complete the entry form as instructed by the Sweepstakes Deadline Date. Each entry must be received no later than the Sweepstakes Deadline Date and include all required elements. Each monthly Sweepstakes is separate. Entries do not roll over to subsequent Sweepstakes periods. Entrants must enter each Sweepstakes separately for a chance to win during that specific month. There is a limit of one entry per person per Sweepstakes, regardless of the method of entry. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be included, and later entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant grants Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensees (collectively, the “Sponsor Parties”) the worldwide, perpetual right to use and publish in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, the Entrant’s submission, in whole or in part, and the right to use the Entrant’s name and biographical information about them in connection therewith, without further compensation or authorization. Each entry has an equal chance to win. Incomplete entries and/or entries containing inaccurate entrant information will be void, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of an entrant who submitted an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used for the entry at the time of entry will be deemed the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. In the event this Sweepstakes is entered via a mobile device, Message and Data charges may apply. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes and, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation of the website or the entry process.

4. PRIZES: Each Sweepstakes will award five (5) prizes, with each prize consisting of one (1) Taste of Home cookbook (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $24.99 USD. The total ARV for all Prizes for each monthly Sweepstakes is $124.95 USD. Throughout the Sweepstakes Series, a total of fifty-five (55) prizes will be awarded across all eleven (11) Sweepstakes. The total ARV for all Prizes across the Sweepstakes Series is $1,374.45 USD. Each prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted or assigned by the winner, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in the event that the stated prize is not available for any reason. Neither Sponsor nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, partners, divisions, judging agents or prize providers, nor any of their respective employees, officers or directors, will be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Limit one prize per family or household. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

5. DRAWING: Potential winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about seven (7) days after each Sweepstakes Deadline Date by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner(s) will be notified by email and/or mail within five (5) days of the drawing and must sign and return any required Statement of Eligibility and Release within fourteen (14) days of the date the prize notification is sent or any other such date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, Entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Entry and/or acceptance of any prize also constitutes permission for the Sponsor Parties to use the winner’s name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for marketing or advertising and trade purposes without further compensation or authorization, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, unless prohibited by law.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, accessible at www.tmbi.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor Parties will not liable for, late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, garbled or jumbled, stolen, postage due mail or illegible or incorrect entries, or for printing, distribution or production errors, or an entrant’s failure to receive prize notifications due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information, whether caused by the Sponsor Parties or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes, by human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes, or any typographical, technological, or other error in publishing the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize(s). Sponsor Parties will not liable for any technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, or failures of any telephone network or lines, computer internet system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile or any other device and/or its contents related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials relating to this Sweepstakes, or other technical difficulties or failures or other errors of any kind. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend any individual Sweepstakes at any time for any reason at its discretion. In such circumstances, the prizes will be awarded based on entries received to date of termination.

7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrants agree that all matters arising out of or in relation to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Sweepstakes are hereby excluded, and any Entrant expressly waives any and all such rights. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds the foregoing waiver unenforceable, Entrants hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue residing exclusively within the federal or state courts sitting in New York County in the State of New York, U.S.A. and agree that any and all matters, disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
