- 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Corn chips
- In a small bowl, mash the avocados and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, lemon juice and salt. Serve with corn chips.

Delicious and a little different than the typical guacamole recipes.

The Guacomole was very quick and easy to make, and it had an excellent taste!

Awesome. Just like in the Mexican restaurants. The fresh cilantro is key.

i give it 1 star because u have to rate it otherwise i would give it 0 stars but then again i do not like guacamole maybe if i liked it this recipe woud be better

We found this guacamole to be rather bland -- wished I'd bought more jalepeno peppers. I don't like things hot and spicy normally, but this needed more kick. The mayonnaise was the prominent flavor.
