- 6 cups coarsely chopped seedless watermelon
- 1 cup lemon sherbet
- 12 ice cubes
- 1. Place half of the watermelon in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add half of the sherbet and ice; cover and process until smooth. Repeat. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

If you're a watermelon lover you'll like this smoothie. I was a disappointed that the lemon flavor was a little lost. As another reviewer suggested, next time I would try this with strawberry sherbet (or rainbow or orange) for extra flavor.

Watermelon isn't just a great summertime dessert, it's also great as a flavor.
Nice, delicate blend here - but easy to substitute other flavors of sherbert.

This was a nice recipe to make quick and easy for anyone to injoy. Its atleast a four star - although i believe it would be better without the sherbert - since it takes the sweet watermelon taste out of it.

I tried the recipe with Strawberry Icecream instead of sherbet and it was very tasty.
