Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard, ginger and salt until blended. Brush over fillets; sprinkle with walnuts.
  2. Transfer to a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
