- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 medium apple, cored
- In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, raisins and honey. Spoon into center of apple.

Ingenious idea. However, it can be a little messy to eat, so make sure you wipe all filling off the apple when you make it. Next time I think I'll add some minced celery.
