Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • 1. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, flour and salt; stir until smooth. Pour butter into a 13x9-in. baking pan. Add batter.
  • 2. Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
