Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, flour and salt; stir until smooth. Pour butter into a 13x9-in. baking pan. Add batter.
- Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
