Vanilla Blueberry Oatmeal

- 3 cups water
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons refrigerated French vanilla nondairy creamer
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in the oats, sugar and salt. Remove from the heat; stir in the blueberries and creamer.

Loved it! Great combination of blueberries and vanilla

This is very good, but I didn't have French vanilla creamer so I used vanilla powder. I would also recommend try vanilla extract.
