Ingredients

  • 1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • 1 cup chopped cooked turkey
  • 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
  • Shredded lettuce, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; spread with mayonnaise. Top with 1 cup cheese, turkey, bacon and tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 10-12 minutes. If desired, top with lettuce.
