Ingredients

  • 1 prebaked Italian bread shell crust (14 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 2 plum tomatoes, sliced

Directions

Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; spread with mayonnaise. Top with 1 cup cheese, turkey, bacon and tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 450° for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 8 servings.

"This was an awesome pizza and using crescent rolls as the dough was a great idea. The crust was so flaky and delicious. The sauce had great flavor. I used lemon juice in place of the lemon zest"

"I used real bacon,and use 1/2 pound of sliced deli turkey,,,also added Swiss cheese and this is a keeper recipe!! MAKE it,,,,you will not regret it!"

"Really good. I used pitas for teh crust so I could make individual pizzas and they were wonderful. My husband loved them!"
