Turkey BBQ Recipe

Turkey BBQ Recipe

I originally got this recipe from my daughter-in-law, who likes to cook healthy meals. I just added my Texas touch to give the chunky turkey sandwiches some zip. I serve them a cranberry salad. —Arlene Anderson of San Antonio, Texas

"Great use of leftover turkey! We only had enough turkey for 1/2 recipe, but my husband started prepping for the whole recipe. Therefore, we ended up using a mix of half turkey and half chicken. Turned out great!"
