Turkey and Stuffing Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk

Directions

  • Press stuffing onto the bottom and up the sides of a well-greased 9-in. pie plate. Top with turkey and cheese. Beat eggs and milk; pour over cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.

    This recipe was very easy to make using leftovers. It tasted really good! I loved the additioin of the Swiss cheese.

    Loved this recipe and so did my family. Had left overs from Christmas dinner. I use fat free shredded cheddar cheese instead of the swiss cheese. My Son and daughter in law loved this also.
