Fried Tuna Patties
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 20 min.
YIELD: 4 servings.
These fried tuna patties are as quick to prepare as your favorite hamburger. My husband likes his topped with melted Swiss cheese and Dijon mustard. Salmon can be substituted for a more elegant variation, if you like. —Joann Brasington, Sumter, South Carolina
