Ingredients

  • 5 cups torn mixed greens
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 cup radish slices
  • 1 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

In a salad bowl, toss first five ingredients. In a jar with tight-fitting lid, shake the remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over salad and toss. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
