Ketchup and Worcestershire sauce lend a nice, tangy flavor to these quick tuna sandwiches from Brenda Biron in Sydney, Nova Scotia. “They’re great for casual get-togethers, summer lunches or brown-bagging to work.”

Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 sandwich buns, split
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Directions

In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Serve on buns with lettuce. Yield: 2 servings.
